* Place your hands below knee and pull the leg toward the chest until a stretch is felt.
* Keep the other leg on the ground.
* Hold for 15 seconds.
* Repeat procedure with other leg.
* If you have knee problems, place your hands below your knee.

* Hamstring, buttocks and lower back
